About Nick
Nick Voorhis is currently the owner and operator of Gas Turbine Systems Services and Remote Autonomous Devices. With over 22 years of experience in General Electric Land Marine aero-derivative gas turbine engine controls featuring Woodward Governor Controls, Nick has successfully operated his company for 18 years. He is an expert in performing controls retrofits, system maintenance and calibrations, as well as, troubleshooting.
Voorhis has traveled extensively abroad and within the U.S. during his work with Gas Turbine System Services Inc. and Remote Autonomous Controls. Nick enjoys traveling and learning about the diverse cultures across the globe.
Nick has a coconut farm in the Philippines where he visits on a regular basis throughout the year. This farm has been used as a test platform for some of his autonomous systems in the past. Voorhis has been happily married for 26 years and has two boys who are currently attending college.
